    Working with apprentices gives great job satisfaction as you can see their knowledge and skills develop and their confidence grow in the workplace. I can pass on my knowledge and experiences to learners starting their careers and those who feel ready to progress into management. Having the link with local employers also makes the role varied and interesting, as you can see how the topics taught in the classroom are translated into the work environment.

    I have worked with apprentices at Kidderminster College since 2015 to showcase their knowledge, skills and behaviours from their business administrator roles. I love the variety of my role, working with employers and apprentices from a wide range of organisations and sectors to help them build on their skills and achieve their potential throughout their apprenticeship. Every day is different, and nothing is better than seeing our apprentices' transformation from the start to the end of their time with us.
